Color Run

The Hopewell Jr Color Run & Raffle is our primary fundraiser for the year - no asking students to sell magazines, cookie dough, candy bars or flowers. Instead, we have put the FUN in FUNdraising.

Our goal? To raise funds for a year’s worth of PTSO programs to support Hopewell Junior School’s students, teachers and familiesWith a nominal entry fee, students participate in an untimed one-mile fun run/walk through Color Power Zones where the teachers toss colored powder as they pass by. After finishing the 'run', students get a snow cone, water and snacks, and can participate in a variety of yard games set-up in the field. Music fills the stadium speakers throughout the event, courtesy of our very own HJS staff. 
Don't want to 'run' through Color Zones? No Problem! 
Students can still earn incentives & be eligible for raffle prizesThe event is more than just a Fun "Run", it's also a raffle so that students not interested in the Color Run can still participate. Students earn raffle tickets when raising money for the event. Various community businesses and organizations sponsor and donate to the HJS Color Run & Raffle. 

Want to Sponsor or Donate to the Event?

We offer sponsors various forms of advertising to HJS families via the weekly newsletter, social media channels, and logo on t-shirts and event banner. Sponsorship is set in five different levels of participation, each providing multi-tiered benefits to your business.
