Our Staff
81% of Lakota teachers have earned advanced level degrees, and average teaching experience is 12 years. Every Lakota teacher has a bachelor’s degree and credentials approved by the Ohio Department of Education.

Lakota is renowned for providing an exceptional level of staffing for instructional intervention and enrichment that spans everything from special services to gifted education.


Boasting 26 varsity programs at each high school, over 2,600 student-athletes participate in one of the largest athletic programs in the state. At the junior high level, more than 1,000 students compete in a wide variety of athletic programming, too. 

Our Partnerships

Community partnerships are a gateway for student success beyond the classroom. Lakota works with 86 local business partners to offer students unique "experience-ships".
