At Hopewell Junior there is a 7th and 8th grade volleyball team. Each team is made of 10 to 12 girls. Girls trying out for a team should have fundamental knowledge of the game. If you would like to try out, but you haven’t had much experience we strongly suggest signing up for a camp/clinic. The Lakota East Volleyball Camp is scheduled for May 23-26 (4pm – 7pm). See the attached flyer for more information.

Girls making the team will be chosen based on their ability to play the game, their enthusiasm, good sportsmanship, and attitude. You are expected to attend all practices and games. If you do not make the team you should play club volleyball to increase skills, and try out the following year. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me or feel free to call me.
